Got my 16" amber strips this week, started a minor tear down on the front end of my mag for the new headlights tonight and front end touch up before reassembling tomorrow. I'd like to suggest you have your LED bling ring supplier solder the power leads to the back of the halo rings vs. the front end for the magnums. Looking at the 300 thread of DIY's, looks like they have the power leads on the back, but if the rest of the mag led halos are like mine, hiding the red/black-red wires is hard when they are soldered at the front. I had to de-resolder mine to get the wires hidden on the backend to hide those suckers! It's late, can't seem to find my 2 part epoxy, need to go get some in the morning....g'night ladies.

The 300C comes out the back because its a complete circle. The wires coming out the back of the ring would require you to drill a hole. We prefer not to have to make people drill, the wires can be covered with a bit of heat shrink if needed or, like you said, you can swap them to the back fairly easily if you wanted to drill.
