From a quick search, I stumbled across a Jeep forum and people with the SRT Jeep that has the adaptive cruise control have this problem (FCW off) when the lens in the front bumper gets dirty and goes away when they clean it.

Ok, I will give that a try. The snow just melted and the car is filthy...hopefully that does the trick.

Finally getting a chance to bring the car in today to address a few things. This issue is starting to get worse. My car was totally clean when this warning popped up at least 10x over the weekend. GRRRRRR!

the 2011 chargers and 300's are both having problems with this issue.
theres a software flash for that..the problem is in the FCW So far customers that have had the flash are repoting that the fcw is no longer working at all...Dont know if chrysler has fixed the reflash to fix the first problem yet..

I'd be unstoppable if it wasnt for Physics & Law enforcement

    Exclamation

The FCW OFF with the ABS and ESP lights is because of a growing issue related to an ABS power feed fuse. It was most widespread in the cop cars, but it can happen in civillian cars. There is a STAR case for it, and they made it a TSB for cop cars only, which becomes a recall very soon. Read on, I found out about this on Charger Forums, and helped out with some research:

On 1/5/2012, the case was re-numbered to S1208000006. Other than some copy editing, it now mentions to validate the battery is good prior to repairs. So that's why you got a new battery kcwyldcat. On 1/10/2012, TSB 08-001-12 was released for Police cars only. It is the same procedure as the STAR case. We now know this Police specific TSB will become a future recall.

The procedure as I stated before re-locates the ABS module power feed to a different spot in the TIPM (underhood fuse block) and changes it from a 25A mini fuse to a 25A cartridge fuse. From what I can ascertain, the mini fuse contacts in the TIPM could not handle the current load of the ABS module, and would over time lose connection with the fuse. The upgrade to the larger cartridge style fuse and contacts remedy this. The DTC that sets in the ABS module is C2100-16 Battery Voltage Low – Circuit Voltage Below Threshold.

The Serv. AWD and FCW OFF lights coming on also is by design. Both systems will disable when a PCM, TCM, or ABS fault exists. Sooooo.... this ultimatley may become a recall, but the fix is out there.

Thanks, I am going to take my car in to my regular dealer to have this issue fixed. I just got randomly selected for the Dodge Customer service program. I now have a case worker and direct extension with Dodge for any issues that I have with my car. This a good thing for me since I was having problems with the dealership where I bought my car. The downside is that my local dealer has to now call for approval whenever they work on my car. I get most of my work done the weekend and coporate is closed.

Best of Luck getting it all fixed! Sounds like the solution is already known and "should" not be too complicated.

I meant to print this out and take it with me to the dealer. They kept the car all day yesterday and wasn't able to diagnose it. I have to bring it back friday and I will definitely print this out for them.

Last Friday they did some type of software flash and returned the car. Later that day the error popped up again. I dropped the car back off with them with a copy of this forum thread. They said that they followed the STAR and made the necessary updates. So for, no surprises...
