    Anybody paint their keyfob?

I was looking at adding a splash on color. I dont want it to look like sh*t or chipping after a couple of months. I would leave the buttons and logo stock, but just paint the housing. Anybody tackle this or something similar? How difficult is it to disassemble?

Unscrew the small screw and take out the pieces inside carefully (including battery).

Lightly sand with 1000 grit, wipe with rubbing alcohol.

Use a small bit of adhesion promoter, let dry then spray whatever color you want in short light strokes (2-3 coats, 30 min drying time in between).

    Let cure 24 hours.

Spray clear coat (2-3 coats with the same drying time and curing time).

    Reassemble and your done!

That's how I did mine at least.

    Hope this helps you.

Thanks, would you happen to have any pics of the outcome?
