Lets Go Racing This Weekend at Englishtown, NJ: April 15th, '06

This Saturday I'll be heading back to Englishtown Raceway in NJ for some 1/4-mile track time.

Englishtown has their Late Model Mopar Muscle Eliminator/Bracket Class that they've created just for the LX's taking place during the evening session plus they have an open-track afternoon session. They don't expect to be busy which means everyone should get ample track time. Come race your LX and compete for the trophy!

The afternoon session is just all time trials and takes place from noon to 3:30pm and the cost is $25.00. Gates open at 11am.

The evening session starts at 4:00pm (get there early to register and get inspected) and consists of time trials from 4 to 6:30pm, then the elimination/bracket race starts at 6:30pm. The evening session is $30.00.

If you are going to race in both sessions, unfortunately you have to pay for both sessions.

If you bring a friend, spectator fees are $12.00 per person and are good all day, though.

I'll be up there for both sessions. Probably doing some time trials in the afternoon session and watching the evening one. Coming in for this event allows us some time to do some scoping out for the Big May event, too.

Hey Josh, after speaking with you earlier, I am seriously considering that and may come for the evening session. The cooler air will be nice and the bracket racing sounds fun. I mentioned going to Maple Grove but that place is always a cluster f*&k.
I'll give you a call if I am going and try to hook up with you there.

dame i want to go but I'm going paint balling that day, i have not played in awhile i went to the last mopar day and had only two cars there.

I'm finally getting my tranny crossmember put on tommorow , if there are no other issues found I will be there Josh.

Im there for the afternoon session as long as the weather is nice...Really want to get a lot of time trials done with the mag...Havent got a feel for her yet, so I think the bracket racing is out of the question...Think I have Sat night plans anyway, but the afternoon sounds great
