for what you are going to pay, you might as well trade in for a 5.7 with the cost.

well the engine and all components is about 2500 and I'm guessing about another 2000 for labor and misc parts like suspension etc... So about 4500 total . My cars Kbb is about 11000 , damn American cars. So even if I trade 11000 towards a 18000 rt that's about a 7 grand loss.
Do it...drop that Hemi in there.

Yeah I would trade in and just get a 5.7. I think you will have less problems and headaches. You would save money now and in the long run. jimo.

you may save a few grand by doing the swap but that money is wasted as far as retail goes. You still have the se suspension exhaust interior everything. I agree with everyone else it will be cheaper and a better idea to trade in.
