    Hey USGAONE wow, I havent seen you around in a while !

    Yea I have been racking up miles going to Gerogia, Pottsville, Richmond, MIR for M&G's this summer I havent had time to really plan one out.

    Tedman and I are looking into a fall cruise for the Area. a meet up and drive thing, not just a sit around and talk thing

    Ill go take a lookie at 300c

    Hey Rob, yeah been busy with work and racking up some track miles, and my new motorcycle has stolen all my free time lately. However, I am up for a M&G locally, time to put a face with all those 300's, Maggie's and Charger's I keep flying by on the Beltway (smile people).

    suggestions gathered on 300cforums: Drive to Harpers Ferry, WV buffet at Hilltop Hotel or to churascarria in Rockville, MD. Dates open, preferably Saturday so folks can still do their church thing on Sun. Offer your own suggestions guys, and preferred dates too.

    Trying to narrow down too many choices, so how about this:
    Cruise n Chews (as opposed to meet n greet)
    Sat Aug 26.
    Start out from NoVA about 10:30, we can meet wherever you guys met last Jan - Wegmans Dulles/Sterling and talk a bit
    drive out to Harpers Ferry WV, about a 40 min or less drive
    Lunch at Hilltop Hotel - buffet for about $13 plus tax, tip
    talk for some more
    nothing planned, though USGAONE said he's willing to talk about Friday at the Track that Summit Point holds every week.
    then go park at Harpers Ferry parking lot and take shuttle down to historic Harpers Ferry.
    on the way home, maybe drop by the Frederick cruise in:
    Frederick, MD cruise-in (08/26)

    LOL nice answer rick

    as we narrow down a location we have to remember that a good M&G will draw people from up to a 4 hour radius from the location we choose.

    the best place in my area IMHO is a commuter lot. There are four 500+ space lots right off I-95 around where i live. I would be more than hpapy to call VDOT and PRTC and see if theres any red tape in using one of them on a weekend.

    Sorry I haven't been much help on this or can't commit just yet, I'm on Grandpa Call! My oldest is in the Hospital and ready to have my 3rd grandchild anytime in the next couple days!!
