    Gates Open:
    10:00 am

    Time Runs:
    10:00 am - 6:00 pm

    Sportsman Eliminations:
    3:00 pm (Gambler's Race)

All day test session from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. All MIR Test & Tunes have a free $1,000 to win Gambler’s race. The Gambler’s race will be pro-rated if less than 64 cars.

We will be calling cars to the lanes by E.T. breaks with one run per session. This will prevent you from having to stand in the staging lanes all day to get your runs.

Anyone who runs first round of the Gamblers race will not be permitted to make any additional time runs. This allows those who did not run the $1,000 to win gamblers race an opportunity to get a couple more runs in before the end of the day.

I went to one of these and will never go again. was the worst ran track event I've ever been to. Was there from 10-6 and only got in 2 runs. There weren't even any delays from wrecks, and the place was damn near empty. For some reason they kept skipping the street car brackets. When I went and asked at the pits they just kept saying "wait your turn, we'll call you" and they only ever called the street cars up twice. Is this normal or did I just choose the wrong one to go to?

I will however be going to MIR on the 9th for World Cup Finals.

Wow, that must have been a fluke.... I typically get 7-9 runs in.... the key is to get there about 45mins before gates open, so you get in, tech and ready to run in the open session. THey are typically keeping it open session for first 2 hrs. I will typically get about 4-5 runs in then. Then they break you down into groups according to times.... 3 more time trials...... then the Gambler's bracket race, 1-2 more runs depending if I get knocked out right away.

I would be going but I am off on business :(

There are a couple cheap hotels/motels right there on 301 about 15 mins from track. No frills type of places, just to park the car and park your head for the night.

    See you guys sunday.

My laptop will be in attendence as well. Anyone feel free to say hi. You'll probably find me hopping in and out of Mitsubishis and Hemis all day long holding my computer.
