Hey guys I was just wondering if there any signs that your compressors are about to go bad. Thanks

Generally, you will notice that its taking a long time for it to refill back up. How long have they been in there for?

I have had them for a about 2 years now but recently one of my leader hoses blew off my viair 480 but viair sent me a replacement hose but that same compressor is seems like its barely on it doesn't vibrate or get really hot like my other 480 compressor

It may be that its now pushing out air like its suppose to and not always running at high pressure. You may want to check the other compressor and make sure its able to blow air out easily from the hose.

You can always hook up a gauge to the pump and see if its building pressure.

yes, if the check valve is closed, it won't allow for air to go into the tank and it will be running the compressor at very high pressure and make it get hotter then it should.
