Anyone have problems with the switch box?

My switch box first one I had stopped working one of my corners then I got a different one it worked ok for couple weeks now it's acting it's not lifting from both the front and the back
Anyone else had some problem like this??

Manny, To be honest with you, we recently switched to AVS because the EAI box's are no longer available. AVS is suppose to be the best box out on the market, that's why we didn't hesitate to pick them up. I am very disappointed in the amount of issues with the 9 switches we have had. Personally, i think they have had a bad batch of relays that were produced into their box's that's causing the issue where they work for several weeks, then just quit. The 7 switch box's without the relays, i haven't received any of those back, so if you would like, I can swap out the 9 that you have for a new 7, and refund you the difference.

I am very embarrassed with the switch box issues, and I am trying to get it fixed. We always pride ourselves on giving the best quality products, and running the avs box with the relays, we thought was the best.

yea it went out again last week and i was going to call last week just forgot but its same corner again front driver side and now also the rear driver side
i just connected the front to the passenger side cause that one was working ok and i needed the car
and monday ill gave you a phone call zack .
