In the UK when the 300 was first available we had the following models available:
3.0 V6 Diesel
3.5 V6 Petrol
5.7 V8 Hemi
6.1 SRT8
All models in the UK were classed as 300C but there were two trim upgrade levels available extra on all but the SRT8 and all available as saloon (sedan) or touring (station wagon)
You could have the Drivers Pack (£1,800) which added sat nav and 6 disc cd radio or the Luxury Pack (£2,600) which added the upgraded Boston Acoustic sound system, sat nav, 6 disc cd radio, sunroof and Californian wood trim.
Things like Xenon headlamps, auto wipers, heated power folding mirrors, 8 way electric front heated seats, cruise control, TPMS, climate control, front fogs and leather seats were standard across the range.
In late 2006/early 2007 Chrysler UK dropped the 3.5 V6 and 5.7 V8 from the range and as from this year the models are available as per the current website.
Just as an example, in April 2006 a 3.0 CRD saloon was £25,775 on the road and the SRT8 saloon was £39,040 on the road.
On our models we didn't get auto headlamps (although it was very easy to modify the switch to get them!) and we didn't get power pedals. We did however get electrically folding mirrors!
Hope that answers some of your questions?
By the way, diesel and petrol (gas) are roughly the same price in the UK, about £5.40 ($8.30) a gallon (UK gallon, 4.546 litres). The diesel 300C averages about 35 MPG, my SRT8 between 21MPG and 30MPG.
