wondering if these tires will fit

Okay so I've had advice to use 275/40/R20s when it comes to tire upgrades but it seems that the only tires I can find that I like come in 275/35/R20. I think they fit, I mean it should since it's only 14.25mm less sidewall on a 275/35/R20 than there is on the stock 245/45/R20. What do you think guys? Will 14.25mm make that much of a difference in ride comfort?

I dont think the 275/45 will clear in the front. You are wanting 275/40 instead.

I've been looking but they seem to be hard. I can't really find a tire that satisfies what I'm looking for. I'd love to find a BFGoodrich G-Force KDW
tire in that size but have had no success.

I didn't see it on the ebay page bit I was wondering what model those tires are so that I can shop around. They're pretty damn nice, looking kinda expensive but I don't care.

SRT or R/T stock 20's on the Challenger?

The SRT has a 20 x 9" wheel, the R/T Optional Chrome Clad Wheels are 20 x 8.5" I believe, but I think you should be able to fit on either, the SRT Definitely.

Toyo Proxes 4's, Nitto Invo's, Nitto 05's, and Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's all come in the correct size for SRT 20 inch wheels.

Unfortunately I have the RT 20 inch rims. This blows. All I want to are some decent tires. Is that too much to ask?

I read that the Minimum measuring rim for a 275/40/20 is 9", but you should be able to get them to put them on the 8.5" rims if you talk to them right. It'll just bulge a bit more on the sides.

Have you checked the curb weight on our tanks lately!! Thats why these are the perfect choice, well almost. I wish they made them in a 285/40/20 as well. Then I could throw the shorter 275's up front. I believe the speed rating is 186 on the Vresesteins and they obviously carry a great load rating. You might want to check out Moes Performance on here if you are interested.

A 275/35/20 is almost an inch shorter than what you currently have.. why go smaller if you can go bigger or keep them the same size.
