    No spare tire

The 08 Challenger comes without a spare tire. Mine did not come with ride flat tires. Did yours come with ride flat tires?

But ride flat tires are made. You can go for about 50 miles. Do you have ride flat tires?

No other SRT-8s come with Run-flats,except maybe the Jeeps, but for sure none of the LXs do.

As far as I know they don't make a run flat that will fit over the brembo's.
I had to buy a full size OEM rim and tire !

Among the paperwork that come with my 08 Challenger, it had a booklet from Continental tires. It is called ContiSeal. I was wondering if anybody had an 08 Challenger with Continental tires? Or are they all Goodyear?

ContiSeal tires came on some of the LX's (not SRT's) and have some type of goo inside that can seal small punctures. Not run flats and from what I heard not always very effective.

contiseal tires are CRAP... they come stock on a LOT of early LX's and didnt last very many miles...

I would say get a full spare and carry it when you go on long trips. otherwise just have your cell phone.

the 18" spare that fits in the trunk area will not clear the Brembo Brake Calipers on the front brakes so you need a full size spare....OR

if you get a flat on the front you can take a god tire off the back and put it on the front and put the 18" spare on the rear.

The Contiseals were so bad, we are getting cash from a class action law suit due to the very poor tread life. However I never had a flat with one, but have with their replacements.

Not just the Conti-seals are involved. The regular Continentals are too. The sealant in Conti-Seals rarely worked whenever I found one with a nail in it. The sealant would also cause a vibration in very cold weather.
