My Chally has no ash tray. First car with no tray

I was looking for it the other day and it does not exist.

Don't they have a mopar part that goes into one of the cup holders? I saw it on a rental challenger that I got from Avis in SFO a few months back. I'm not a smoker so didn't really need it, but it was in one of the two cup holders.

Yep, no ash tray or lighter. Spent $30,000 and they couldn't even throw that stuff in.
Went to auto parts store and bought my own ash tray and lighter.

Almost fainted there, sounded like someone was thinking about smoking in their Chally...only thing I'll allow in mine is drinking coffee in a travel mug on the way to work..lol..and I smoke a pack a day, just not near the car.

No smoker here. It was just an observation. I have never owned a car that didn't have an ashtray.

No need for one. Don't smoke in the car. It's a sign. lol You can buy the "smokers package" through Mopar which will give you an ashtray and lighter if you want one.

Orrrr you could just find a car that had the smoker's package, or ordered one that way... cheap factory option.

I just tossed the one that was in my Ram 2500... Its kind of like the no cup holders in the back of the 2007 Charger we used to have... What a rip-off...

The wife and I both smoke, but a strict no smoking in the house or in the vehicles... except for the 79 Chevy hunting rig...

Yup, no smoking in the house or the Challenger. Although the 99 Saturn and 99 Tacoma are ok.

Yeah that's pathetic. I have "Smoker's Group" in my Magnum. Wow what a "group". I don't smoke anyway but of course had no input in options as the car was bought used
