At my age, I've done just about everything that I've wanted to do. As a kid, I used to watch the old stock car races on a ovel dirt track. And I use to want to go around an oval track at a high rate of speed. Because of buying an 08 Challenger SRT8, I will be able to go to the SRT driving experience. One of the things I will be able to do is to be in a car going around the track with a professional driver, at a high rate of speed. The rest of the things that I will be able to do will be Iceing On The Cake.

I hear ya' . When I was a kid, my next door neighbor used to race stock cars. I'd go over and watch him and his buddies work on the cars on weeknights. Then one of the dads in the hood would take a bunch of us to the track to watch him race. I was never a mechanic-type, but the attraction was always there. Then when the original Challengers came out, I was just getting my learners' permit, and could only dream of owning one of those amazing cars. Another guy from the hood , who was about six years older than me , came back from Nam and bought the '71 Challenger. Crushed me to watch that car drive by my house every day ! That's why I could not let the opportunity to own this 2008 SRT go by. I am also hoping to make it to DriveSRT at some point. Old guys rule !!
