This car is creating such a buzz in the hot rod scene, and it sounds great with the Intake and Borla Exhuast... Diablo also got their hands on it with a Predator tune, and 20'' racing slicks, nothing left but the track...

Oh and if anyone knows how to convert 1/8th mile to 1/4 mile times, please do share....
Nice, I also watched the return to vanishing point, not bad.
What a complete embarrassment. I know several guys that were there that day. Rustangs were having their way with her................completely shameful. :(
From wild to extra wild we got you covered with crap ya never knew you needed.
The first 6.1 transformation and it all went down hill from there.

The eighth-mile times translate to low 13s in the quarter. They should have had better launches with the drag radials. That was a poor performance.

my two year old daughter has a tricycle that launches harder... she needs the helmet the original speedracer does not.
PATHETIC driver.
Sad, sad day because you know Challenger haters will use this as ammo about how heavy these are, and what poor performers they will be.

I noticed that too. The guy wasn't a driver at all. He did the last burnout in "D" or something cus it shifted twice during the burnout. That is terrible for a transmission, to shift while spinning. Or at least that's what I was told during a transmisson class in the 70's. But it's definitely no way to do a burnout.

No different that it was back in my day... Chevy & Ford always came out ahead in the rags, did it have something to do with "ad revenue" ? But on the street, we cleaned their clocks time & time again.

still in the fence about this ride it got the looks but that weight its a killer!!!!![]()
^^^ THIS is what I'm worried about.
It WASN'T the car, it was the moron driving it.
Calculated down, he ran low 13's even with his crap driving, so I'd say that was good.
The first few runs, he didn't even heat up the tires. He sat through the tree and lost a FULL second or more on his reaction time on the 1st run.
He couldn't launch to save his life, ESP was certainly on, and he launched at such a low RPM you could barely hear the engine.
Put this in any capable hands and you'd be running a minimum of a half second better in the quarter.
Wait till they realease the 6.4 hemi with the 6 speed.....

MoPar or NoCar!!!!!!!
I had a friend at that track two ago and he said the same thing about the driver, everybody out of camera range was laughing. The tape should have been destroyed for the sake of the car.
