    It has a hard top luggage compartment mounted to the roof.

    Oh ha! I didn't even see the storage compartment at first. I thought it was a Winnebago behind the Challenger.

    Many handicapped people use those type of enclosures to transport their "wheels". The compartment opens up and a mechanism lowers their device down to the ground so that they can get into it.

    I agree with him ^..A guy I used to work with had one of these for the top of his car to transport his wheelchair and make things easier on himself..Not sure if you wanna lay the shame game out there if you are not 100% sure what it is..just sayin
