09's hard to tell, I know alot of people have them on order, just production is slow.

I think the salesman needs to do a bit of homework. There were over 6,000 2008 Challengers made. I believe the exact number was 6400.

Slow!!! If they had a race with a snail, the snail would put them away big time. I ordered an SRT 8 6 speed in May and have not even gotten out of D status.

As for how many have been sold.

Sept end YTD numbers I see on autonews for what has been sold..

8,443 challengers in the US
896 in canada

not sure in mexico..

us ones would include presumably military ones shipped overseas..

Not enough apparently... to say that sales of the Challenger have been slow is an understatement. You best believe that after this GM-Chrysler deal is inked, it won't be too long before they cut it.
