hmmm...chrysler didnt make an exact copy of the 70's challenger...nor should you be trying to make it look like it's from back in the day, and tires aren't helping thecase...and with that spoiler you might as well roll around with the 'modded' civic's...looking at the side pic you can see the spoiler is actually pointing a bit up...hope its an adjustable one. Stated above is just my opinion, so don't go off on a rant on me about it. On a side note i do like the color of the car and the gas cap.

Sent tirerack an email for RWL in a 235 55 18 which is the stock 18" RT size in a peformance tire. Gave them your email Desert, hope you don't mind. If they can't find them they might not exist.
Car looks nice. You loving it is really all that matters.

    .
I never go off about anyone's opinion..
    Unless, of course, they're WRONG.!!..

(it was getting cold, dark, and windy by the time I got it on, I just had time to take the pics before
the light went away, so I did not adjust it until later..)

I do not like the 24" wheels and rubber band tire look..
In my opinion, mine is the best looking new Challenger I have seen anywhere..
even the pics of SEMA.. some were pretty good, but even then
they all kinda had the same sort of theme..
That is usually not the path I follow..

    If I had unlimited resources,
I would chop it, channel it, french it, straighten out the rear quarter crease, lower it, with much, much Wider tires,
chrome sidepipes coming out just below the beltline crease, curving towards the ground and then curving towards the back..
and paint it a very deep candy apple burgundy,, like looking through a bottle of dark red wine..

But this will suit me just fine in the meantime..

Do you have any pics of the install or how it mounts, I have another use for it.

I appreciate that.. Are you ordering them for you.?

I still have the 17" wheels that came with it..

18" wheels might have opened up more possibilities..
(my plan was to get some 18" for the rear and keep 17" up front.. (or 19" rear, and 17" or 18" front..)
but just like the tires, I couldn't find a wheel I liked that would work..

This is the closest I have to what you asked for..

    .
I drilled the 'back' holes about 1/2" behind the crease towards the rear of the decklid,
and used the crease for added strength..

    .
you will notice the angle is better now..

    lol,
whats wrong with running truck tires on tehse cars?
they weigh upwards of 4k pounds... might as well be a truck..

i run Hankook Ventus ST's and theyre considered truck tires, but you have no idea how many people run them on cars... its insane..

yea.. it says "trail".. but thats the only reason its odd... aside from that there is no prob.

I like the look a lot actually. Some stripes down the side would really complete it imho.
