You can buy a New 2009 Basic SRT8 with ZERO miles on the car for around the same price and ZERO percent with chrysler .....

My friend payed $41,000 New for his 2008 SRT8 when they first came out in 2008 and it was loaded.
To me I would stay away from a car that someone overpaid for.
Also buy something New with Zero miles and lower payments with chrysler..........
