Anybody seen this yet?
One looks like a clean looking MUSCLEcar, the other....?
NO comparison as far as I'm concerned.

I agree with FreeBird.
The red Camaro pictured is a concept vehicle that was featured at SEMA to showcase the potential of these cars. It was sporting an LS7 under the hood and a few body styling cues differentiating it from a production SS. For those who don't know, the LS7 is the motor from the Z06 Vette.![]()

Personally, I like the Challenger Concept's cross-hair grille better than the current one. I also like the new Camaro, but the Chally def. looks better.
What we're dealing with here, is a complete lack of respect for the law! Speedfactory Stage 1, Zoomers,Airaid-S,BT,Grip,Sportwing
I'll take one of each please.![]()
i'll take the camaro its lighter, cheaper, faster, has a better suspension and imo has a better interior.
Thank god we don't all agree on everything!
I will agree that the Challenger is good looking and relatively faithful to the old style, but it became a bloated whale of a car that is HUGE! This really killed it as a "pony" car.
The Camaro is a little lighter, but still too heavy. Where it really scores is in the entry level editions with a sweet 300 HP direct injected V6. An infinitely superior powertrain choice that Chrysler can't afford (maybe GM, too). With comparable equipment, it will kick a Challengers ass in every test of speed and handling, and we all know how cheap the GM V8's are to get outrageous HP out of.
But if you wanted to tell me the styling was a bit "cartoonish" I might agree there, too!

I've seen both in person, and I like the exterior on both. The interior of the Chally is a bit bland, but I prefer it to the Camaro interior. Everyone has their own tastes, but to me the Camaro interior is just plain hideous!
