Anyone in the market for an 08 SRT Challenger.. #150 brand new at @37K!

So during my quest in finding the best deal on a Challenger I called a ton of places in several states, this led to a ton of return phone calls from dealers after I bought mine. Anyways a dealer here in Ohio has an Orange 2008 Challenger SRT8 with NAV that I'm guessing would sticker for around $41,000. He said they'd sell it for EP which should bring it down to around $37,500. When I was trying to buy it they wouldn't budge on the price. The best part is that the dash number is in the 150's. If anyone is interested let me know.

Employee pricing for the challanger is gone, so if they are offering it, not to mention on an SRT-8, that is awesome. We cannot even get greenslip (friends and family discount after having a friend get a controll number) on the challanger.
07 3.5L Charger K&N CAI, Magnaflow Cat back, JBA shorty's, DiabloSport 93 tune sold, 2010 Challenger R/T 5 speed. 180 degree Thermostat with fan settings lowered, CC, ceramic brake pads, slotted rotors, red and black caliper paint, Challenger label for calipers, Corsa Cat back, functional hood ducts, and hood struts, 93 custome DiabloSport tune, Mopar drop in filter, JBA Shorty's, Wideband O2, anti-sway bars front and rear, end links, and strut brace.

Ep is over-rated. I use to think it was the greatest thing, but I always used EC numbers. Even after EP went away on the SRT8 Challengers I was able to get close to it just by telling them where I wanted to be at. All a person has to do is arm themselves with some info a a couple of deals and then go buy. I was pre-approved and had 2 other deals in the works elsewhere. The dealer wanted my $47,000 and to get rid off a high priced Dodge. I'm not sure where they made the money at but thats not my problem.

dealers make you think you are getting it for cheap, selling it at invoice, and they are only making a couple hundred $ on it. Thats true..thats really what they buy it for...but they get a rebate on the back end for selling however many.
They get an extra X% of the their cost for every vehicle they sell back in rebates every quarter or end of the year. Thats how a dealer can sell a car at invoice.
