My dealer is even marking the R/T's up $5k! Can probably get these SRT's for the same price they want for the RT.

My dealer says " it's just metal, If i can move them fast the more i will get in the future allotments"

This is why the are selling them at msrp across the board.

One of the competing dealers in the neighborhood still has daytona's and super bee's with 10,000.00 mark ups from the 07 and 08 year.
At those kind of markups they will continue sitting there for a while.

The dealers over here in San Jose, CA are asking $5-7k markup on R/T's, and STILL asking $8-10k markups on SRT's. RIDICULOUS!

I've been watching this Black 08 SRT on Craigslist from a dealer in Gilroy. First, they wanted $60k when it first dropped, then they went down to $55k, and now are selling it for sticker $40k-ish....and I bet in a few weeks they'll be willing to play with that price and give it to me for cheaper. If not, I'm more than happy getting the RT.

Yet--when you go to Capitol Dodge or Stevens Creek Dodge, they swear like people are beating down their doors to 1) be buying V8s and 2) THEIR cars. Stevens Creek has had at least 4 '06 SRT8's still sitting on the lot that they havent been able to sell because they're too stingy and CHEAP to sell them for under sticker. An 06 at that!
