    Who has lowered their car?

Those of you who have lowered your cars, what set-up have you used? I am trying to decide what springs to buy. How is the ride quality after you change the springs? Please list the brand of springs, amount of drop, and any other suspension/tire/wheel modifications you have made. Thanks!

Eibach PRO on my 22's (300 base)

GREAT ride (like oem) better handling in corners and better rapid braking (less nose dive)

    We stock them btw

Goldline springs on my Magnum. Don't know if they work on the 300 or not. Love the look 1.5" drop, just looks "right" now. Handles better, it probably rides just a little rougher on city streets, can feel more of the street bumps now, but not somuch that's it's a bad thing.

Anyone lower the AWD versions yet? Yeah, I know about the shocks and all, but someone might have tried it.

Cool, keep us posted on the results. Interested in seeing how well the AWD handles while lowered or if there are any complications.

    Thanks

    how about this :

    Stock RT -

Hotchkis Springs and Sways = 1 to 1.25" drop once it all settles -

    With the 20's :D -

    -Robert

PS - Sorry didnt see this was in the V6 fourms, but this is a 1" to 1.25" drop and with the right spring kit weighted in for the V6 Front end you shoudl be good.

Well that was something I had some issues with when I was looking at some spring installs before I got mine. Not a lot of people doing small drops, lots of peopel doing 2" and change drops which I think is excessive for a daily driver

I think 1" is almost perfect.. just low enough to make the wheel well symetrical, but doesnt harm ride too much, and to the standard onlooker they dont recognize (as much) that it is dropped. No LOW RIDER look for me, just symmetry and muscle!

Oh, by the way.. seeing your ride almost makes me wish I went with Black!!

My KW's should be on the way by now (probably on the same slow boat as daniel's). I also want a modest drop. Since the AWD's sit an inch higher than RWD R/Ts, I'm shooting for about a 1" to 1-1/2" drop.
