    What Can I Do?

My parents have bought me a 2005 Dodge Magnum SE Cool Vanilla, they originally bought me a 2005 RT, but they never got an insurance qoute before they bought it. So they bought me an Se, a few days later and kept the RT for themselves....

I really don't know what I can do to it. I really just want to to have some physical appearance and appeal to it. Ex. Chrome pillers, ad ons, and some chrome wheels. I will have to settle for 18's because the parents refuse to let me put any bigger on it. I really don't know to much technical jargin when it comes to this. But I would like to spend no more then 2k, on this if this is possible. We actually bought both cars off of Ebay, and I know you can get rims about 18's for around 500-900 dollars, the pillars and such off there. Is this wise to do, also considering the fact I do not want to buy something and then not have it work right for my car. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Chris

This is my 18th birthday gift. I have been sporting a 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan since 10th grade, the deal was drive the minivan for 2 years and then they would buy me something sweet for my 18th. So it's a much needed car.

I know this is tough, but... TAKE YOUR TIME HERE!

The last thing you want to do is rush out and buy some wheels, only to see something you like a lot better. There are references all over this site to places to look at wheels. Do a search. Look at everything you can, make sure they're the proper configuration for your car and compare pricing. Once you've done that, and found the wheels you just love... then go for it!

Welcome... and enjoy your new ride!

Yep those rims and tires installed with locking lugs were 1100.00, how do I know, well thats my baby there. But these are 20's, I got them at a local shop here in San Diego, Ca. I had to do alot of shopping around to find this place..I suggest look at Tirerack.com they seem to be the best deal or take some time to cruise around to the local tire shops in your city, that's how I found this place and got a killer deal.
