top speed?

Whats the fastest the 2.7L magnum will go? I've only had it to 110 before I ran out of nice smooth straight highway.

i hit 115 in a 2.2L 4cyl ford escort. hopefully im magnum will go faster :(

speed limiter has nothing to do with engine size. It is based off the stock tire speed rating.

Probably about 116. My 2.7 Intrepid was limited to 116 mph. The V6 LX's seem to be limited the same as the LH 2.7 and 3.5 (SXT) that is 116 and 117 mph. Without a limiter, the 3.5 Magnum will hit 131 mph. I'm guessing the 2.7 would be somewhere around 125-127 mph or so.

no chip will remove the limiter, however the B&G Flash as I and others have done will increase it..

You can see what the limiter is on the video I posted in this forum. Its between 115-118. I have the 3.5L engine.

Rob has posted a bunch of our Dyno Day videos, 115MPH is the 3.5L's limit
it's HAL saying that we didnt buy tires that are worthy of going any faster, so thats out limit.
