    some 2.7 help please.

    Man I won several shows last year but I came in 2 and 3 in 2 others and that was because I lost or didnt gain points for the engine compartment.I need some dress up items for this area bad!!Even a cold air kit if it performs and looks good.Wish we had an engine cover haha!!Please help links prices whatever!

    Well painting parts work! Billet technologies have some great parts for dressing up your engine a vendor on this forum! And a big fat WR intake helps good luck finding that though!

    cool I didnt know they had stuff for the 2.7 thanks.Why couldnt find the WR intake and I would need heat resistant paint I assume but would it stick to plastic ok

    I think the secret to painting underhood plastic pieces is to get them perfectly cleaned of oil residue, then you won't get fish eyes. You don't need high temp paint. May get best results if you prime them first. Perhaps the valve covers painted or chromed? Mirror on the underside of hood?

    Thanks, fellas I'll let him know he still has some fans out there that remember him and his accomplishments. He tried permanent retirement, but that got old quick, so he still does promotional stuff and appearances every now and then.
