ProZen or AFE Intake for my 2.7?

I know the AFE was just introduced and I doubt anyone has it yet and can vouch for it, but honestly, whats the difference? One has no heat shield and the other doesn't even replace the stock tube! I'm torn! I'm tryin to spend $150 at the most and I realize it's not gonna get me the best of intakes, but whatever. Any input you guys got I value highly. Thanks.

Is that based on the crappy ones you've seen out there? I've seen em too, but this one looks different. I don't know much and obviously that's why I'm asking the community here, but it looks like it would be better than the AFE. bookeem, weren't you showing concern for the AFE that it didn't replace the tubing? doesn't that make the ProZen have a lil bit of an edge on it considering it comes with a 12" K&N?

Reeg - Justa note. The AFE has a weather seal and it seals closed when you close the hood. The ebay system will just be breathing in hot air. Another thing to consider is the AFE filter is much better quality than a K&N filter.

i had that ebay intake, lol nuff said..and i would get the afe over it anyday, and proly make my own intake pipe to fit it..

Yah, but this guys is different. It says all over his sale page "Look out for rip off artist on ebay stealing my intakes. I design and tested myself."

It even looks different than the one you had on. This one is $90 and you said you paid a lil under $50. I could be wrong, but there is another curve in the pipe that yours didn't have.
