Thumbs up Just hit 50,000 miles!!!

I just hit 50,000 miles. No real problems to speak of. I found out that the tires are less than $100.00 installed and I've had no uneven tire wear. I've kept it stock with the exception of Sirius Radio (OEM), splash guards (front and back), Bumper pad, Mopar/Borla exhaust, and the fog lamp kit. This car has exceeded all of my expectations and then some.
I travel from the L.A area to San Francisco about once a month to visit family and I get about 28 miles per gallon. Normal driving I can get about 24 mpg highway and about 15 mpg when I have fun with it in the street. I plan on taking it to the Irwindale Race track to get some numbers soon. I'll keep you posted!

Welcome to the group cicomari! Pardon my ignorance, but what are "bumper pads"? I'm just a Goofy guy... but not GoofyGuy if you know what I mean.

Welcome to the forum. Which engine do you have? That would be really good numbers for the 5.7 V8 and darn good for the 3.5 V6.

The pad sits on the top of the rear bumper to protect the paint from scratching while loading stuff. See pictures at my link below

Welcome to the forum. You'll enjoy this group as much as you enjoy the car.

The Magnum has a soul. It has a personality, something all too lacking in the automotive transportation appliances everybody else is offering.

You're right, I do have the SXT.
Since I'm on the road soo much, I really enjoy the U-Connect feature. It's the one that is on the rear view mirror. I use it so frequently that the paint on the button is starting to wear out. It's very noticable only at night when the lights come on.

I'll post pictures over the weekend since it get dark soo early now.
