    Here's my new Exhaust

Well, I ended up getting a new exhaust system for my SXT. Link will be at the end of this post.

Description: Factory High Flow Cats -> Factory Y Pipe -> Single Inlet/Dual Outlet Flowmaster 40 series Muffler -> Custom 2.5" tailpipes -> 14" Glasspack at end of each tailpipe -> Baffled 6" Stanless Steel tips.

Let me know what you think.

It's still a little louder on the inside than I'd like, so my next step will be to replace the 14" glasspacks/tips with factory R/T resonators/Tips I'm buying from LeeReed. I hope those work out as well as I think they will for me. We'll do another clip at that point of course. I expect that will be a couple of weeks. So, if that does work out, you R/T guys getting zoomers and other systems may want to save the resonators/tips to sell to us SXT guys wanting duels.

If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?

I really haven't noticed any. It certainly doesn't run any worse.

Still a little drone with the cruise set at 75ish. Liveable, but I'm hoping the stock R/T resonators get rid of that for me.

the best aftermarket exhaust is Zoomers exhaust works, the noise, and flow from their cat back is awesome, and you can tell the acceleration power you've gained on the spot.

Hmmm, that's funny. I thought this was about my exhaust, not about what you thought about zoomers. They have their own section. Feel free to brag on their expensive mass-marketed stuff over there if you like.

    I'm Done now

That's right. It's all Finished. Removed the Glasspacks and tips, and replaced them with stock R/T resonators and tips. Tone is a little higher, but the interior noise is all but gone. Only noticable when I'm on it. Just like I should be.

Here it is. I apologize in advance for the bad lighting, but it's all about the sound right?

If you decide to do this, have your resonator/tip supplier leave about 18 of pipe on the front side of the resonator. It matched up great and made it very easy for my exhaust guys.

If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?
