    Help replacing alternator.

    Anyone know how to replace an alternator in a 2006 chrysler 300 3.5l? Anyone info would be helpful.

    1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
    2. Remove generator drive belt. Refer to the Cooling System section.

    CHARGING 8F - 53

    3. Remove bracket bolts.
    4. Remove upper mounting bolt.
    5. Raise and support vehicle.
    6. Remove middle splash pan.
    7. Disconnect generator field circuit plug.
    8. Remove B+ terminal nut and wire.
    8F - 54 CHARGING
    LX

    9. Remove lower mounting bolts.
    10. Remove generator.
