    Cool Headers for 3.5 owners??

    I was wondering if there are any rumors about headers for the 3.5 LX's?? I don't know if anyone else is interested in this but I think it would be a sweet mod.

    Just an update I emailed a custom header company with our motor and platform and asked if they would make headers for the 3.5L and if so how much would they cost. I will post again after I get a reply.

    I have been digging around a lil bit, and the prowlerguys have come up with some good info. Im still waiting on some clearance specs, but I have some willing to sell me a pair of used paxton headers off a prowler that are in pretty damn good condition. If i get a positive fitment test, i will surely post. Also, there is a guy in OH,can't remember his name now, but he has also developed some headers for the prowler that are running about 1900 bucks plus shipping. I dont want to fork out that much and then the headers not fit, but Im thinking that I might be willing to ship the mag to him and have him custom fab some up for me. We'll see....................

    FactoryD is right in the midst of making headers for the 3.5L platform. He mentioned it in the CAI thread in this forum. They are going to do this right after the dyno's on the CAI/jet chip setup is completed!

    thanks for the info moonD. Charger, i havent talked to the prowler guys in a while but from what I remember they said that the headers for the 3.5's wouldnt work on our's due to clearance issues. I meant to follow up, but I have been a lil preoccupied and I have kinda lost focus on the issue. Sorry about that....

    Once we are done with the GB on the Weapon-R V6 intakes (pending results mother nature!) we will be taking in a 2.7 and 3.5 NoCal test car for the headers...

    I have the guys already set up just need to get one thing done first!
