Had to de-chip The Beast today.

So I had to leave this morning to go into the office, (servers down, usual pita) and I pull onto the Taconic and WOT until I hit around 70 or so, and my check engine light shows up. So I pull off at the next exit, and shut her down and check out under the hood. Nada.

So I figure, might as well take her to the dealer to check her out, so I take out my Jet Chip. After I start her back up, no more check engine light, and it never comes back on after 100 miles. Decided not to go to the dealership at all, but now I'm wondering if the chip could have caused it.

Either way, it's too damn annoying to re-install, since it's such a tight fit, decided to just leave it out.

*chuckle* Aint tha the truth Red. It's a stage I chip. As for selling it, give me a few days and send me a pm. Not sure I'm ready just yet to sell it.
