Different Exhaust Setups for 2.7?

My good friend has an 06 Mustang GT and just put a "Rear Axle Exhaust" setup on. (I believe that's what it's called) It's not a whole exhaust system he explained, but just a small part of the whole exhaust. OMG! does it make all the difference in the world with the sound of the car and a lil performance.

Is there anything like this for the Magnum? I'm looking around and full exhause setups are like $600 and more. I'm not even trying to spend that much yet, cause I'll probably end up trading my 2.7 in a year for a HEMI or 3.5, but I still want a better sound from my exhause and a lil extra UMPH!

Any suggestions?
