    CAI for V6

    OK,

I am starting this thread to poll everyone for which CAI they are running and what their experiences/opinions of them are. Pics are good too!

I am running the K&N CAI; it has a great fit and finish, not the fanciest or worst looking one out there. The performance gain was noticeable especially after 3000rpm. K&N claims 12 RWHP gain. I got this thing right when it came out, I had to special order through a muffler shop because most places did not even have a part # for it. The only ones available at the time were the prototype ones on ebay. I have been thinking about swithcing to the MOPAR one, for the aesthetic reasons. The MOPAR one does look cool!

    What are you guys running?

I have the Airaid on mine, install is so easy it isn't even worth rating. Car really doesn't feel any different, but when the intake runner control switches over you can really hear it, also no difference in mpg. On a side not I had this and the Zoomers installed at one time and still no noticeable difference in power or mpg.

Put a K&N CAI on after about thee months. Was easy to put on and my gas mileage went up by 2. I believe that there was a performance gain, no tangible proof, only testimonials from me my fife and my dad.
