    Blastin Bob's V-6 resonator eliminator kit 2.7L

Is anyone using this yet? Just ordered mine yesterday, actually the girlfriend did. Just wanted to know how you like it and if any additional work needed to be done to the car before applying.

I've got that kit on my car and I love it. Not to much drone there is a little bit at low rpm but once you get on it has a nice deep sound to it.

How hard is it to throw on? I've never done anything under the car.

    Measure at least twice.
    Hacksaw once.
    Tighten bolts.

    It's easy!

I gotta cut? It doesn't just come off? I'm so not confident getting underneath and cutting. Anybody know how much this would cost at an auto shop?

If you have a or can borrow a hacksaw, the job will take you less then 30 minutes, with no power or air tools. A shop with a reciprocating saw and air tools can do it in about 5 minutes, it's that easy.

    Thanks, just curious.

I understand that it may be easy, but I know nothing about the underbody of a car. Never even changed my own oil. Trust me, I'd like to get into all of this, but for a first time and especially on my Magnum, I don't trust myself with a hacksaw and my car. Just doesn't mix.

If you call around and find an exhaust place (or a buddy who doesn't mind messin around under a car) you should be able to have it done quickly and cheaply as Bob mentioned.

I also have this setup and its great. I had Bobs original setup and wanted to rid myself of the minor resonance, so i had him ship me some glasspacks and everything worked out great! I guess i can say that i am the first one to try this setup. I wanted to add a magnaflow muffler to it in place of the stock one, but i am afraid that the resonance will return if i do so. Sorry for getting off topic.
