About LinkBacksI forgot to post pix of my V-6 engine cover when I finished it awhile back. This is the Infiniti G35 cover. I removed the Infinti logo, filled in the logo area, retextured the whole cover, then painted it to match my strut caps. The Dodge logo is a hood emblem from a 2007 Avenger. It's a tight fit on the AWD's but looks great. Thanks to NC-SXT for the hardware kit to install it.
Lots of compliemts on it at our last meet.

Mods: Diablo Predator, JBA headers, Zoomers single exhaust, K & N Aircharger, KW coilovers (variant 2's), 402 Motoring tinted tails, lots of Billet Technology stuff, real walnut dash kit, MOPAR on-dash nav, NC-SXT original honeycomb grille, Jina's Embroidery custom headrests.

The cover is Infiniti part # 14041AM800. I ordered the bracket kit from NC-SXT. See post # 6 above to PM him for price of bracket kit. The cover mounts to the black, plastic intake plenum on top of our motors using three existing bolts in the plenum. One in the front, and two in the back. Bracket kit came with great directions (thanks Dennis), and install took only about 10 minutes. I had to trim one of the "ears" off the lower left front of the cover to get it to fit properly. I used my Dremel tool and it took like 30 seconds to do this. Total cost of this mod including materials and paint was less than $200.
I will post another picture tomorrow that does not have that annoying shadow running across the cover.
The "V-6 3.5" insignia on the cover is a red color very close to the color of my car, so I just masked that off when I painted it.
Looks better in person than the crappy pictures my digital camera takes.

looks super awesome man. its on my next mod list, can i get the brackets from anywhere else? and the cover, will be ok to purchase from my local infinty dealer?
