If the backspace is 6" and the wheel is 8.5" and there is a 1/2" lip or wheel bead on both sides, that would make the actual width of the wheel 9.5"
At 0mm offset, the back space would be half of 9.5" or 4.75" So, what you need to calculate is the difference between 6" and 4.75" converted into mm to find the offset. If the numbers that you have quoted for the wheels are correct (6" backspace and 8.5" width), the offset on these wheels would be 32mm (actually 31.7mm).
If the backspace is not really 6" but something slightly different, that will change the calculation to determine the offset. Look up the Forte wheels and find out what offset they have that are closest to 32mm and that is what they probably are.
