Depends on what you want exactly. The 255/55 18s on the Magnum are just a bit wider and just outside th wheel well on the bottom. This makes them throw more stuff up on the side of the car.
Enjoy life- you only get one!!

Tires are not supposed to "poke" out of the fenders. They are supposed to be under the car, so when you hit bumps and the suspension works you aren't bottoming out on the tires...

If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?

You'll destroy the paint on your quarterpanels, but all you have to do is get wider rims with the wrong offset. Note that you'll wear your tires faster.

They are correct about trashing the paint w/ wider tires. I added the splash guards to mine and since they and the car is black, it works out ok. Others have color matched them, too.

I run the 255's on my stock 18's.

i have 22's on my baby. i went with 305/30/zr22 in the rear and 265/35/zr22 in the front. they are wide in the rear. i need to roll my fenders because they do bottom out. but for me it's worth it since they look so good. the price we pay.
