    wheel/tire question for 06 charger

currently have 265/35/22 on 22" boss 304 in black chrome but considering going to a 20" boss 304 in black w/polished lip. what tire size do you guys recommend if i want to keep them in the same overall size? im not going to lower the car and the 265/35/22's fill the wheel well nicely. i was thinking the 265/45/20 ? i want to make sure the only difference will be more sidewall.

also any ideas as far as brands once i figure out the size? im thinking goodyear eagle gt at the moment

I'd go with a 255/45/20, much more common and cheaper than the odd ball 265/45/20. A 255/45/20 is 29.04" tall, so they aren't much shorter than the 265/35/22. I run the 255 and they look good.

Goodyear Eagles suck. I would recommend the 265/45's in the new Toyo Proxes II's

You can go with a 275/45/20. I ran those on my Magnum when I first bought it. They looked good.
the overall diameter is 29.7 instead of 29.3.
