    wheel spacer thickness

I am in need of a spacer for my srt 8 wheels that are going on my SXT Magnum. I reallize that I can get the 3mm spacer from Bones for $59.99 + shipping. There's a local place here in town that has 3/32" spacers, which comes out to 2.4mm. Will this do? I would think that 0.6mm difference would be so small that it would do OK, but want to be sure. How much rubbing is actually going on down there? Any help would be much appreciated

It's actually really close with the 3mm.

I think I'm gonna keep em. If it's that close with the 3mm, then I don't want to push it and risk tearing up a tire. I'm sure the bones ones are much better quality anyway

the spacers were $67 shipped to me. not sure how much more it'd be to CA, probably not much. Everything should be here tomorrow. so I'll be out freezing my @ss off this weekend. It's 7 degrees here
