Wheel fitting?

I just bought 22" panther wheels and test fitted them on the charger, but they are a lot bigger than I thought and wanted to know if anybody knew if they would fit, especially with the arm going around the tire. The rims are 22 x 9.5 though I measured from lip to lip and they're 10.5 The bolt pattern is 5x115 and they have a 15 mm offset. I was plannin to put 265/35/22 tire on but I have to be sure theyll fit or I wont be able to return them after mounting! Thanks for the help in advance

They are the Panther Octane, 5 spoke, black. It was late so Ill have to take pics tomorrow!
