Whats need for that like nw feel 45'000 miles

Im trying to get my car to ride like new again. I have sold my 22s and don't have a diablo tune any more . But my car feel like **** when I drive it. I put 40 thousand miles on my car last year and haven't had any major part replacements yet. But after driving my brothers 2005 300C 5.7 with 20000 miles on it his car feel like new and rides so smooths.
I can feel every bump in the road, it pulls to the left and I have a vibration that I believe is coming from my rear coupler.
I was thinking all I would need is shocks and tierods and a rear coupler. I just want it to feel like it did when I first purchased her.

Any suggestions on what I need done?

I would have front and rear suspension checked by a good alignment shop. As far as replacing shocks, if you want a nice compliant ride, perhaps the Pedders ones or just OEM Mopars. The SRT ones are quite nice, but firm. My RT shocks never wore out, but When I replaced them at 100,000 miles with SRT ones the control improved 1000% but the ride got a fair bit firmer.
