Viper replicas with tires?

I am looking at ordering a set of 20x9 and 20x10 viper replicas for my car from an ebay store. i am planning on running 245 45 up front and 295 40 on the rear. the tire sizing would be almost identical to the factory tire height. The only question i have is the store says that the wheels are +18 offset. Shouldnt the rears have a different offset then the front seems how they are wider? or is this a common combo people have run on here. I want it to have a factory look from the sides without the wheel sticking out any farther then the factorys. Any input would be greatly appreciated
