I went under the car to take care of a rattling exhaust issue... Put it up on ramps,... crawl under, and grabbed a handfull of metal sticking out of the inside edge of the tire!! OUCH!!! Needless to say, I pulled the wheels off the car and went back to stock tires. Yippie. Guess I can run down the 1/4 without the extra heavy Foose wheels.....Really changes the look/feel of the car.

Just REALLY odd the location of that wear-pattern. I looked in the wheel-well to see if there was any rubbing, and *I* didn't see anything.

That's what I thought. So here's what happens with our rear suspensions when your lower them. It automatically toes in. And what was happening IMO is it's scrubbing off the tire towards the inside and literally tore the inside edge off. You can see the wear starting from the outside working inwards.

BTW, I just completely ruined a brand new set of F1's in exactly this manner. Mine was more extreme then this, but identical.

Looks like an alignment issue to me. (Agreeing with CAM)

If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?

Yeah......that's what *I* figured. BUT! I didnt have this problem before. (when I had the 20's on there)...Plus it's been dropped for almost 2 years....Maybe something went 'south' on it? hhhhmmmm... Cant really remember when the last time I had the alignment done.... I guess it has been a while.

I just went out and looked...nothing seems out of the ordinary back there... Things seems straight...no missing bolts or bent arms...

When I ran the stock bushes, even though I had a fair amount of (-) camber. My wear was pretty good. But the negative camber ended up giving me other acceleration issues so I decided to install the offset bushes. Well that cleared up my camber isssue and the other problem I was having. But I had the toe way off. I knew I did, but didn't think it was all that bad. Man, was I way fricking wrong. I ruined a complete set of F1's dealing with it all within a couple thousand miles. It could be your traction arm bushes and upper control arm bushes are wipped out.

EDIT: I forgot to add something. Under acceleration, the rear squats and this causes the geometry to toe in worse. So even if you haven't been spinning the tires but have been doing very hard launchs, it'll wear them out sooner. So that little blurd about the cam causing the problem is not really that far off.
