    Towing with a MSRT?

Can I tow a 1000 lbs 18 foot speed boat with my Mag SRT if I install a hidden hitch? I do not go far a couple of miles and an easy ramp to drop it in, I do not have a tow package, just adding a hitch. vic

You shouldn't have a problem. that boat and trailer combo should weigh less than 3000lbs if Im not mistaken. You already have Novimats. You're good to go. If you can, make sure you have trailer brakes. Either surge or electric. Have fun!
    PEACE OUT YO!!!

    You won't have any problems.

I tow my 3000lb boat trailer combination to and from the ramps that are about 10 miles each way. My RTMag does not have the tow package which consists of the shocks and a larger radiator. It has never warmed up at all above normal. I don't have trailer brakes of course.
I was planning to tow it to FL where I was working from NC but the job ended before I got around to it. I still haven't installed the larger radiator. Now that I am home, it will get done.
