    Tire Question

Lets try this again,I accidentily asked this question and stuck it in the for sale section.I have narrowed my tire choices down to 275/40/20 Yokohama Advans or 245/45/20 Good Year Eagle F-1's.I plan on lowering my Mag and putting on Sway bars as well.So the question is,Should I use the wider tire meant for a truck(Advans) or the narrower tire meant for a car(F-1's).I would like the best handleing and dry traction I can get.

I can't speak for the Yoks, but I don,t think the 275 will clear the front. From what I've read/seen 265 is the largest for the front, might be wrong. I went with the 255/45 F1, these things are great, glued to the road. And I can also say they are fine! in the rain. It takes a lot of effort to break them loose. I even pulled the pud (F17) in the rain last week to see how out of shape I could get her and damn if they didn't hook up. I've got almost 5K on'em and am very happy.
