Question tension strut pass side replaced question

I replaced my TS last week. Now I am wondering if I screwed it up. I also had my tires rotated and rebalanced so this could be it also. Right around 30-45 mph I get what feels like a side to side wobble in the car. It is very subtle and goes away above 45. The TS bolt to the frame was not like the one in FnkyChkn's diagram. It was just a regular bolt with two washers and a nut. I am wandering, the TS hole is elongated does that mean you can slide if forward or back in the hole? Any thoughts? I am going to have the tires checked today.

I had to replace one when I did the Pedders bushings. It made an annoying rattle, but the car handled fine . I had to drive to get the new part and the new Pedders bushings blew me away with how much better it felt, even with the TS having a bad ball joint end. Ball joints on the steering side however can cause a slight shimmy, though usually on light braking. I'd get my tires road force balanced. My dealer is also a Mercedes dealer and after the Pedders I had them road force balanced. A different car, rock steady at 150 mph.
