Staggered Wheel Question- Need Help

Hey Guys,
I have sold some Foose Nitrous rims to a couple guys. I am going to order myself some now I guess, but would like some input on 20x8.5 all the way around or 8.5 up front and 10 in back. What is the advantage to do a staggered? Can I use the same tire size or do I need a bigger tire in back?
I sold a staggered set to a guy and he had some issues come up. Can you help me help him while also educating myself on my personal buy. Here is what he said:

"I found that the 20 x 10s do *not* fit. As soon as you mount the tire/wheel, it is smashed up against the interior wheel well.
I can't tell from the wheels themselves if they are the correct offset since it's not stamped anywhere
on it that I can find.
Also, I've had a couple of people tell me that it is "normal" for the wheel to bind against the interior wheel well while the suspension is hanging down with no load on it. Both have also stated that when the car is lowered back down and the wheels take the load of the car, the rear
suspension flexes outward which gives a finger's width of separation between the tire and the well."

Front: 20x8.5" wheel fits 255/45-20
Front: 20x10" wheel fits 255/45-20, (275/40-20?)
Rear: 20x8.5" wheel fits 255/45-20
Rear: 20x10" wheel fits 255/45-20, 275/40-20, 295/40-20

The sizing for the rear is only provided if the right offset is used, particularly with the staggered setup. If others have additions, corrections or deletions, it would be helpful.

would i have a problem with these:
The bolt circle is 5-115mm with a +20mm offset and a 73mm center bore. they are all four the same, will that work for the front and back?

I'm curious as well about the center bore spec. How critical is it? It's my understanding that if it's slightly big it's okay, but small is a no-go... :confused:

I'm trying to fit a set of 20x8.5 Foose Nitrous Silver wheels with a 42mm offset on an AWD R/T, and MHT says they need to bore out the center bore an extra (~ 1.2 mm) for it to work. See the wheels specs here:

You can see that the bore is too small (70.6mm) for the offset I need, and the rest of the 5x115's for the RWD'ers are 71.8. They've done one wheel so far and tomorrow I go in for a test-fit, and if all goes well they'll machine the other three, so we'll see what happens. Also, I'm hoping I can squeeze a 265/45R20 (Pirelli Scorpion Zeros) into the wells without any rubbing. The wheel fitment calculator says the inner clearance of the wheel will be the same as stock, so I'm hoping the extra width of the tire (5mm at each side) will clear that tie-rod. I'm hoping the extra inch of ride height of the AWD somehow buys me some room...

Anyone know where the 70.6mm bore is from? Pontiac? Cadillac maybe?
