So I busted my rear end... tension arm that is

After my 1st couple passes at the NMCA event I kept feeling something funny in the car but didn't think too much about it till this Sunday when I unloaded the car for the 1st time at the track and went to do my burnout..

I head this POP after I felt the rear end like it was swaying and then a grinding for a few seconds as I started to get off the burnout.. I thought the DRs were just really gripping.

    Good side:

    Other side:

The damage to the end is not the problem as that happened at the very end of the burnout when the bolt broke it seems and the upper tension link bent...or the tension link bent and it broke the bolt... chicken before the egg kind of thing.

    No biggie

Ouch!. I'd be checking the rest of the bolts Nathan. I highly doubt it broke. BTW, did ya notice your end link was bent?.

WOW Nathan, That could have been a disastrous thing. Actually, good thing you had a slow run. I hate to think of the results of loss of control at the end of the track

Do you have a link to a part # for these, it seems my source for the other style has dried up.
