    Rear Strut Bar

Alright Guys the rear one is done man you can deffenatly feel it in the corners. We made it with Clevis’s spelling ?? for a couple reasons one you only have to gut a slit in the factory carpet 2 you can un bolt the bar quickly for luggage and or anything you put in the trunk. The Clevises are approved by most racing sanctions for roll cages so there nice and strong. Here’s some bad pics form my cell my battery on my camera was dead.

Was it a universal kit or made for an LX. Also, did you have to weld the bracket on?

We built it off my charger. and no, no welding it on you just bolt it on. I have to test fit it on a 300 and a mag still though. I dont forsee any big issue

Thanks Cam! I gotta couple more things up my sleeve!

My guess would be the rear strut towers.

I would be curious to see how this is executed in a magnum as the whole rearend is plastic inside.

We said a shower Curtain rod

It reinforces the car where the struts bolt up. bascially it reduces the flex at that point.

...flexing how.....is it deal with handling side to side or back to front?

Side to side. The top of your shocks on all 4 corners attach to the unibody. Because its a unibody, it has some flex to it. When the body flexes in a curve the unloaded spot should rise (even if its only a little), this reduces the weight/contact patch on the that tire. By adding additional bracing across the front and rear shocks, you reduce that unloaded lift and maintain a more even pressure on the tires. The benefits will primarily be seen/felt when cornering.

Cam or anybody else, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
